About

I trained as a psychologist in France, specialising in clinical psychology, and have over twenty years of experience working therapeutically with adults. Over the years, my practice has continually broadened the way I think about what allows us to heal and evolve.

Traditional psychology offers an invaluable framework for understanding our history, relationships, and inner world. Over time, however, both my clinical experience and personal curiosity led me to explore further — into neuroscience, quantum physics ideas, meditation, the mind-body connection, subconscious conditioning, and consciousness.

This broader perspective has shaped the way I practise today. Healing is rarely linear and cannot be reduced to symptom management alone. Our emotional history, physiology, nervous system, relationships and learned responses are deeply interconnected, each influencing how we experience ourselves and the world around us.

I believe meaningful transformation requires more than insight. Recognising why we think, feel or behave in certain ways can be invaluable, but lasting shifts also require experience — the opportunity to explore new possibilities and develop different ways of relating to ourselves and our lives.

My work is particularly suited to people who are thoughtful, curious and open to looking beyond conventional frameworks. People who value both scientific thinking and a willingness to explore what is not yet fully understood — and who want to take an active role in what comes next.

At the heart of this work is the belief that lasting transformation begins when we move beyond the familiar patterns of the past, bring mind and body into greater alignment, and become open to new possibilities for who we can be and how we can live.

My background

I trained in Clinical Psychology at Paris 7 University in France, qualifying in 2005 (DESS de Psychologie Clinique et Pathologique Université Paris VII – Denis Diderot), before establishing my private practice in Boulogne-Billancourt, near Paris.

Since then, my work has evolved from a predominantly psychodynamic approach towards the more integrative way of working I practise today. My practice is now entirely online, allowing me to work internationally with clients across different countries.

Alongside my clinical training and experience, I have continued to broaden my perspective through further training in trauma-informed therapy, transformational and spiritual coaching, and mind-body approaches.
